We will not provide refunds for fulfilment delays due to COVID-19.
We only refund items if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit.

You can return items for up to 7 days from the date you receive them in new, unworn and unaltered condition.
Any items you return must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. If approved, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
